Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Sadh Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Quivo mobile application (the "App") and our website at https://quivo.sadhinc.digital (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Sadh Inc. is the data controller for personal data processed through Quivo. You can contact us at contact@sadhinc.digital.
App identifier: com.sadhinc.quivo (iOS and Android).
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information (optional): If you create an account, we collect your email address and password, or information received from Google when you sign in with Google (such as your name and email address, as permitted by Google).
- Profile information: A display name you choose in the App.
- Support communications: When you contact support or report a bug, we collect your message, optional name and email, and any attachments you choose to upload (such as screenshots).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Anonymous device identifier: We generate and store a random device ID on your device. This ID is used for leaderboards, analytics, and guest progress even if you do not create an account.
- Gameplay and app data: Quiz favorites, play history (including quiz titles, types, outcomes, and timestamps), in-progress quiz state, streak counts, daily quiz completion, coin balance, badge ownership, ad-free pass status, and credit transaction history.
- Device and diagnostic data: App version, operating system, platform (iOS/Android), and locale — primarily when you submit a support ticket or when a crash report is generated.
- Advertising data: If you use the App with ads enabled, Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and interaction data. On iOS, we may request App Tracking Transparency permission to deliver more relevant ads.
- Crash and error reports: If enabled, Sentry receives technical crash and error data. We configure Sentry with
sendDefaultPii: false, meaning personal identifiers are not sent by default.
2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect precise location data, contacts, microphone recordings, or camera footage for gameplay.
- Photo library and document access are used only when you voluntarily attach files to a support ticket.
- We do not knowingly collect payment card data through the App at this time (in-app purchases may be added in future versions).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the App and quiz experience
- Sync your progress, favorites, history, and wallet when signed in
- Display leaderboards, streak rankings, and community swipe stats
- Manage the virtual coin economy, badges, and achievements
- Deliver and measure advertising (where applicable)
- Respond to support requests and investigate reported issues
- Monitor stability, fix bugs, and prevent abuse or fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process personal data on the following bases:
- Contract: To provide the Services you request (e.g., account sync, gameplay features).
- Legitimate interests: Analytics, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement — balanced against your rights.
- Consent: Personalized advertising and certain optional data uses, which you can manage via in-app Ad privacy settings and your device settings.
- Legal obligation: Where required by applicable law.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted service providers to operate Quivo. They process data on our behalf and under contractual safeguards:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage (including support ticket attachments)
- Cloudflare R2 — hosting and delivery of quiz media (images)
- Google AdMob — advertising and consent management (UMP/GDPR)
- Google OAuth — optional sign-in with Google
- Sentry — crash and error reporting
These providers have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. Google's advertising policies and privacy information are available at policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Advertising and Your Choices
Quivo may display ads through Google AdMob. You can manage ad personalization through:
- In-app Settings → Ad privacy (Google UMP consent form)
- Your device advertising settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android)
You may still see non-personalized ads if you opt out of personalized advertising.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Account data is retained until you delete your account. Anonymous analytics and aggregated swipe statistics may be retained longer in de-identified or aggregated form. Support tickets are retained as needed to resolve issues and maintain records.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information:
- With service providers listed in Section 5
- On leaderboards, where you choose a display name and post a score
- In aggregated swipe statistics (community smash/pass counts — not tied to individual users)
- If required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights and safety
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required)
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
In the App, you can:

- Delete account: Settings → Delete account (removes your cloud profile, synced data, and authentication account)
- Clear device data: Settings → Clear device data (removes local data without deleting your cloud account)
- Manage ads: Settings → Ad privacy
To exercise other rights, contact us at contact@sadhinc.digital. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
11. Children's Privacy
Quivo is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on our backend. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
