Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quivo mobile application and website operated by Sadh Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Quivo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About Quivo

Quivo is a multi-format quiz and entertainment application offering trivia, personality, and swipe-style quizzes. Quiz content is provided for entertainment purposes only. Results — especially personality quiz outcomes — are not professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Quivo. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Accounts

  • You may use Quivo as a guest or create an optional account via email/password or Google sign-in.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
  • You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete account in the App.

4. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Quivo for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate leaderboards, streaks, coins, or quiz outcomes
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage; report them instead
  • Upload malicious content, spam, or unlawful material through support channels
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others via display names or support messages
  • Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit quiz content without permission
  • Circumvent advertising, paywalls, or security measures

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Quiz Content and Intellectual Property

All quiz content, graphics, branding, software, and other materials inQuivo are owned by Sadh Inc. or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights except the limited license above.

You may share result cards and links generated by the App for personal use, but you may not republish bulk quiz content or use our trademarks without written consent.

6. Virtual Coins, Badges, and Rewards

  • Quivo includes a virtual coin economy. Coins, badges, ad-free passes, and other virtual items have no real-world cash value and are not redeemable for money.
  • We may earn, award, deduct, or reset virtual items to maintain game balance, fix errors, or prevent abuse.
  • Coins may be earned through gameplay, rewarded advertisements, and promotional activities (such as following our social accounts where offered).
  • Coins may be spent on in-app features such as hints, ad-free passes, and marketplace badges.
  • Virtual items are non-transferable and may be lost if you delete your account or clear device data.

7. Advertising

Quivo may display third-party advertisements through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, and app-open ads. Rewarded ads are optional and used to earn coins or hints. Ad delivery may use device advertising identifiers subject to your consent and device settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Premium Features

Some categories or quizzes may be marked as premium in future updates. In-app purchases and subscriptions, if offered, will be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play billing and subject to their terms. Refund requests for store purchases must be directed to the respective platform.

9. Leaderboards and Community Features

Leaderboard entries may display your chosen display name and score. Swipe quiz statistics reflect aggregated community votes and are not attributed to individual users. We may remove entries that appear fraudulent, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

10. Support and User Submissions

When you submit support tickets, bug reports, or feedback, you grant us a license to use that content to investigate, respond, and improve the Services. Do not include sensitive personal information unless necessary. Attachments you upload may be stored on our servers.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Supabase, Google (OAuth and AdMob), Cloudflare, and Sentry. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

Quiz answers and personality results are generated for fun and may not be accurate. Do not rely on Quivo for important decisions.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SADH INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN U.S. DOLLARS (USD $10).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sadh Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using Quivo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your license ends and provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions) will remain in effect.

16. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Quivo at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes may be notified in the App. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Sadh Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
